Yesterday proved to be an interesting day for creating our new podcast, while out in the Galiuro Mountains of AZ. You can says the views are breathtaking at the very least!
I was initiated into the desert during our two hour hike by a wonderful Cholla that decided my calf needed a jumper to provide me with some wonderful cactus medicine!! Thank goodness, Lightning Wolf was there to help me! His removal skills are magic because I barely felt a thing, and have minimal bruising today.

It is always easier to stuff memories into a basement than to clean them out. 😜 The nostalgia can be quite insightful though. It's amazing how much we can forget through time, and 'out of sight, out of mind.' It's pretty exciting though to clean out the proverbial closet, and to be able to create yourself a yoga/spiritual room makes it that much more exciting!! I hope you thoroughly enjoy the fruits of your labor! ❤

this declutter project is a rebirth of sorts as I sift through all the stuff that has gathered down there through the decades, bringing up parts of my past life with all its glories and disappointments. There are fond memories and moments of letting go that sometimes borders on a little grief from not totally resolved issues in my life. The room that has been 'finished' (has a bathroom and paneled walls) is now a yoga and exercise room.
