Shiva Lingham- India's Stone of Balance

The Shiva Lingham is a personal favorite of mine, and one of the few stones that anyone can feel regardless of their previous experience. The Shiva Lingham is widely known as the Indiana Jones stone, but few know this rare stone can balance your masculine and/or feminine energy.

Found in the Narmada River in Onkar Mandhata, this naturally egg shaped stone was once exclusive to Indian temples, representing the Hindu god Shiva. Use this stone to energize your entire chakra system, boost your kundalini energy, break up old patterns and establish new, or meditate with it to bring in a sense of unity, especially when feeling separate or disconnected.

To determine if your masculine or feminine energy is out of balance, hold a Shiva Lingham in your hands by your heart. Keep your knees loose and relaxed. You will notice your body pull slightly forward or backward. If you pull forward, you are out of balance with feminine energy. If you pull backward, you are out of balance in masculine energy. Holding this stone for a couple of minutes will establish harmony.
