Shielding and Violet Flame visualization

Learning to do shielding, pulling in universal and earth energies, as well as invoking violet flame can sound complicated, but this quick technique will help you do it within a couple minutes! I use this visualization twice a day. Once in the morning, and once before bed.

To use this technique, start by placing your arms up in the air in the receiving position. Visualize a large golden light opening and coming down and into the crown of your head. See this beautiful gold light flowing down through your head, hands, arms, all the way down into your feet, and expanding past the feet to root deep down into the core of the Earth.

Next, bring the beautiful ruby red light from the core of the Earth, and see it pull up through your feet, legs, hands, arms, up through the body, and up and out the crown of the head to connect to the Universal energy.

To create a shield, put your hands up above your head, and circle them down while visualizing the formation of a copper colored circle, or ring. This ring may look 2D to you, but in the energy realms, it will create a sphere of protection for you.

Finally, to invoke the violet flame, hold your hands in the prayer postion and as you breath in make the statement, "I invoke the violet flame", and as you exhale, "The violet flame cleanses my reality." Visualize and feel the beautiful violet flame being invoked through your body, and then breathing it out into reality to cleansing out negativity. I do this three times, as 3 is a powerful number of creation.
